This guided kayaking experience takes place along the sheltered coastline of Port Erin, using stable single and double kayaks with transparent bottoms. The route focuses on exploring calm waters, where participants can observe marine life, swaying seaweed and the underwater environment directly beneath them.
The session includes a relaxed paddle towards quieter bays, with the possibility of visiting a secluded beach or sea cave depending on conditions. It is designed to be accessible for beginners, with guidance provided throughout the journey.
Participants are based at Port Erin Breakwater Harbour and will meet at the promenade before heading out onto the water. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult, with a minimum age of 7. Additional clothing such as wet socks and warm salopettes trousers are available if required.
