RehabLab has been an excellent decision. I went through the TPM assessment and followed up with monthly appointments. Lynn has provided me with a bespoke daily regimen that I can use long term. This is curated on the Wibbi app which explains and demonstrates each exercise. What I like most is how precise she is with evaluating the movements. This has taught me much about my body and significantly advanced my overall fitness. I would highly recommend RehabLab as an investment in wellness. The booking is easy and the folks are all lovely.
