Michael Parish lies along the island’s northwest coast, centred around the village of Kirk Michael. The area is a blend of rural farmland, heritage buildings, and coastal scenery. It is notable for its position along the TT course and its historic Norse connections.
Michael is home to some of the best examples of Manx stone crosses, and the parish church contains a celebrated collection. It’s also an excellent spot for coastal walks and scenic photography, with views over the Irish Sea. The Glen Wyllin area and its adjacent beach and campsite add a recreational dimension.
Michael offers a quiet but historically rich slice of northwestern Manx life.
