Wild Waterfall Walk, Dip, with Hot Foraged Drinks takes place on Saturday 20th June 2026 and begins from Colden Car Park near Injebreck Reservoir. Led by a qualified Hill and Mountain Guide and Cold Water Therapy coach, the experience includes a guided walk through forest trails to secluded pools and waterfalls hidden within the surrounding landscape.
Participants will have the option to take part in a short cold-water dip or swim in one of the natural pools along the route. The session is designed for both beginners and experienced wild swimmers, with guidance provided throughout to help participants approach cold-water dipping safely and comfortably.
Alongside the walk and optional dip, the group will stop for hot foraged drinks and snacks in the woodland setting. Drinks may include seasonal ingredients such as elderberry, hawthorn and sweet rosehip. Changing towels and wetsuit socks are also available to borrow if needed.
