The Drifters

The Drifters return to the stage at Villa Marina on Thursday 5 November 2026, performing songs that have made the group one of the most recognisable names in soul and R&B. The concert features a selection of their best-known recordings, including ‘Kissin’ in the Back Row’, ‘You’re More Than a Number’, ‘Under the Boardwalk’ and ‘Saturday Night at the Movies’.

With a musical history spanning generations, The Drifters have earned a place in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and recognition from Rolling Stone among its greatest artists of all time. Led by Tina Treadwell, daughter of the group's original founders George and Faye Treadwell, the group has continued its touring legacy with performances across the UK, including London's Royal Albert Hall.

The Villa Marina concert offers an opportunity to hear these familiar songs performed live, bringing together the harmonies, melodies and vocal arrangements associated with The Drifters' extensive catalogue.
